Please complete the boarding reservation request below.  You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours confirming the details of your reservation.  If you have any questions, please contact our reservation desk at (512)759-2275. Our office will be closed Nov 28th, Dec 24th, Dec 25th, Dec 31st, and Jan 1st.

Current vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (canine cough) are required. Overdue vaccines must be given by your veterinarian up to 10 days prior to boarding. All dogs should be on a flea preventative as well.

    There is a half day charge for all pick ups after 1pm. This includes Sundays. (We open at 1pm on Sundays).
    Holiday reservations require a deposit equaling 2 nights of boarding package per dog. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior of the check in date. This applies to reservations during the week of Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. You will be directed to an online payment option for your holiday deposit once you submit your reservation. We do not accept drop offs of pick ups on holidays.

  • Please list any medications and the correct dosage amounts, as well as any special needs your dog may have.(Examples: Afraid of Storms, Separation Anxiety, Aggression Issues, and if your dogs are boarding together or if they need to be feed separately)
  • Things to Remember

    We do not accept after hours drop off's or pick up's. All food must be in a plastic container labeled with dog's name. All medication must include clear instructions for administering. No rope toys, tennis ball sized toys, bones, or bedding with stuffing are allowed. We happily provide fleece bedding and elevated beds! Starmark is not responsible for any destroyed or lost personal items. A deposit will be required for reservations near or durring holidays.
    Your reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of an email confirmation.
